My new favorite book. ( A Poem )

And so, My Friend, I put you on the shelf after a long while. You have told me many a thing about friends, wars, rings, dragons, caverns, dwarfs, elves, men, gold and silver and most of all, silly old gray beaded wizards! ( and maybe a little about myself along the way ). I do believe that you have been brave on the long road to the great Stone Kingdom and back. I hope the green fields have been good to you. You have been on an adventure that I cannot ( or want to ) begin to imagine. And so, It is not from the bottom of my heart that I bring my love for your story, but from the very top. With a love that still burns hot and brilliant in my mind. I hold you in very high regard. For now, we should both recover from that great adventure. You are my friend. My good friend, and least of all, a book.
